Jeff is passionate about designing employee benefits and voluntary/worksite solutions that give employees greater control over their physical, emotional, and financial well-being.

Jeff has more than 20+ years of corporate headquarters experience designing health, welfare, and voluntary/worksite solutions, as well as performing due diligence work and benefits integration for mergers and acquisitions.

Today, Jeff provides guidance and strategic direction for US employers, insurance companies, and private-equity firms as a consultant.

WHAT HE CAN DO FOR YOU

  • Direct and provide leadership for Benefits design, delivery, & vendor management.
  • Oversee the design and administration of all benefits programs to assess the competitiveness and effectiveness of the Company’s benefits programs.
  • Jeff will provide leadership for vendor management, including contract negotiation, competitive bid analysis, contract performance monitoring, vendor inquiries, & problem resolution. He will ensure the Company offers a compelling benefits package, producing the best results at the lowest cost for your employees. This will include making sure that voluntary/worksite products will have best in class features and benefits for your employees and more affordable.
  •  Direct vendor performance tracking & contract performance reviews to ensure vendors are adhering to contractual agreements, & are providing services that meet Company guidelines & expectations.
  • Provide subject-matter-expertise input on the development of communication campaigns regarding benefits to ensure accurate, timely, and compelling messaging.
  • Develop and evaluate measurements and metrics established to gauge the effectiveness of Benefits programs.
